Personal planner
You can't see your personal planner yet because you aren't logged in. Don't have an account? Why not create one so you can make your own TV planner?
What is it?
The personal planner is a TV guide that you set up yourself. You can pick and choose which shows are displayed, and cut out everything else, so you only see the programmes you’re interested in. It can also help you spot where several of your favourites are all showing at the same time to alert you to any alternative time slots. The personal planner is only available if you are logged in. How do I use it?
To start with, your planner is empty. To add something into your planner, first find a show either via the main TV guide or the programme search. Once you have found the programme you are looking for, you simply need to click on the button "Add to planner" which is in the bottom right corner of the programme details on the TV Guide, or in the detailed listings for that programme. A message will pop up to let you know that the programme has been added. You can add as many or as few shows to your planner as you like. Every time the show is on during the week it will appear in your personal planner, so if the show appears on more than one channel, or more than one series is running they will all be displayed. Once you've added some programmes, you will be able to find them in the planner itself. It starts off displaying today's programme information, but you can pick from the week ahead just like the normal guide. Only programmes that you have selected will appear in the planner, the rest will be empty. The personal planner works just like the TV guide, so you can move through and click on the show for more details. To remove a show from the planner, just click the "Remove from planner" button in the programme details or the main listings page.
